I am shocked. I just received an email from Jim Courter. Right after the last CC, I sent him an email suggesting that HJ get a speaking coach or at least take a class. It was a repectful message that made a suggestion. Jim's reply was: Thanks for your note. Howard is the visionary for this co. His skills and contributions may not come accross on the phone but I would much prefer to have a great thinker and poor speaker as CEO than a great speaker who is dullwitted. I can't disagree with him; yet I think that he misses the point. HJ could help the company by improving in this area. Maybe he just didn't want to put in writing that someone has already made the suggestion? Anyway, I am glad he took the time to write. Jay
