Kevin, re quality of underwriters...my hypothesis is the inet IPO's that have not dipped more than 30% since the third week of May are under support

if they can be correlated by underwriter firm and then ranked according to the relative firm strength, it may give relative timings on price pops...maybe :)

now i know that normally volume rises in an accumulation phase, but i have a nutty idea that with the IPO's, they are already accumulated, ie the underwriters ;) so we need RUMOUR/NEWS combinations to predict a price pop...so working backwards if we can take the tickers that you show as 'ready' and try to find the RUMOUR/NEWS source, we may hit gold, maybe :)

my second hypothesis is watching www.redherring.com and www.siliconalley.com and www.ipocentral.com may help our endeavour

these 'publications' are basically running ads, imho
any other RUMOUR/NEWS site suggestions would be very much appreciated
just a thought, and all imho
ynot :)
