Fred, apparently, a Barry Flynn has called Mr. Pavelle three times this weekend and Mr. Pavelle has notified the Police, since the messages left were threatening.

I have not posted here for some time (except a post recognizing a poster for his courage in apologizing to Ditchdigger).

That poor soul Flynn is putting the blame for TSIG's stock's demise in the wrong place, put the blame on Gordon and the Foorless Bandits. It is not I that increased the float from 2 Plus MM shares to 95 M shares (going to 150 MM soon?), it is not I that is paying himself more than revenues, it is not I that sold over the last few years more than 50 MM shares of TSIG, it is not I who is responsible for delays in the start up of the different ventures, and another litany of mismanagement and soaking funds from the public. I just reported and explained what are the consequences of those floorless debentures, and apparently, I was right. Many of the companies involved simply do not survive, but the bandits could care less since they are getting their money and then some off the table long before the unsuspecting stock holders notice what happens.

As for Gordon "having" $13 MM invested in the company, he has long ago taken all that money off the table as the SEC documents clearly demonstrate, by selling his stock to unsuspecting public share holders.

Marty is right, if the bandits would agree to remove the floorless term from their debenture, there might be hope, but even then, you have to understand that execute the "plan" a lot of money will be required, and right now and with Gordon's prior failures, it will be difficult to obtain money for anything less than usurious conditions like the floorless debentures.

By the way, Fred, the tactic you propose to shut me up smack of the worst kind of offenses to the freedom of speech (I was going to use stronger words, but decided to keep level headed about it). Strangely enough, you suggest everyone call Dr. Pavelle, but only Barry has, you must have decided that this approach might not be the right one for you, but you would stoop to incitement to cyber riots if that will provide you with your goal, keep everyone in the dark and lets get a bunch of newbies to invest in this company, so you can selfishly bail out, leaving the newbies holding the bag. Let post dreams about billions of sales and earnings in the dollar per share or what not range.

As far as I am concerned, if just one investor heeded to my warnings when the stock was in the $.3 to $.4 area and bailed out. I have done my job. You kept posting of buying more and more shares as the stock was sinking under the new reaction low of March or so of $.23. Who knows how many people that are now sitting on 50% losses you have induced with those posts. Should they start a campaign to call your friends and harass you?

Hopefully, one day the floorless bandits will have their fill and decide to move to greener pastures (another company with big dreams and no funds to execute the dream) and repeat the same process there. Then maybe, maybe, TSIG could finally perform, but by then they may have hundreds of MM of shares and these newbies investing even here at $.10/share may have the same experience as those investing few months back in the thirties cents, finding the stock down under 5 cents or worse.

Until that happens, good luck to you.

Zeev
