Hmmm... Guess I missed that rumour... or misconstrued people's comments upon it.

I never believed that WebTV or MSFT were involved in adopting MSU's platform. I just had heard that some time ago MSFT had looked at it (ISPv1, I believe) and seemed impressed by the quality resolution from digital to PAL/NTSC.

That is one point that I think provides MSU an edge. They chip and software was specifically designed to increase the resolution of digital signals being translated into an analog format used by non-HDTV monitors(your normal everyday TV set).

Clarity of picture and text is a BIG issue, IMO, in the set-top box sector. It's nice to get on the internet, but if your text and pictures are muddled or blurry, it becomes rather tedious to use.

Wouldn't it be nice to have an MSU engineer make an appearance out here to discuss exactly how their technology differs and improves upon the competition??

Hint... hint... (no need to discuss stock or business transactions... just a Q&A on the technology so shareholders have a better picture).

And the company REALLY NEEDS TO UPGRADE THEIR WEBSITE!! It is VERY DATED. Actually, they could put out a FAQ on their website discussing why they are so special.... :0)

Another HINT... HINT!!

Regards,

Ron
