I use RT Trader from North American Quotations. It is not level II. Just real time quotes with bid, ask, bid size ask size, etc.... I like it and price is reasonable. about $60/month.

Jan,
Sarmad and I have had this discussion before--he likes the NAQ service, and I prefer Quote.com's Qchart service--both very similar and very reliable. $79 for qcharts right now; the one advantage being that the qcharts update with every tick, whilst the naq charts (apart from the tick chart itself) updated every minute. PM me if you need more info.
