Look like they want to dump this stock at a much higher price. I am not convince that business outlook would look that good to justify a price of $70. Remember semiconductor business is a cut throat business where price erosion for asics is pretty steep given demand is high hence customers demand cheaper products going forward.

Filed to sell 3,863,314 shares. 3million by TQNT, and the rest by Lucent(didn't know they owned any!).
