I am neutral on RT sale, I will leave that up to those more experienced in that kind of thing. Either way, things are looking
pretty darn good, exceeding my expectations at this stage by a wide
margin.

My guess would be that if they were to sell real time, there would be a lot of fine print regarding software licensing, future R & D on both software and hardware and some exclusitivity. Certainly one of the large semi or server companies could afford to buy CCUR/RT and invest in broadening and improving the line. CCUR could benefit if they strike a deal to continue to utilize the hardware and have exclusive rights to elements of the software. I have no clue as to if any of these speculations may come to pass, but I have seen many a spin off or division sale creatively done to benefit or maximize that divisions benefit to the parent company.

I will say this. Corky may not get raves for his personality or handling of the press or Wall Street, but when it comes to doing a deal, he gets it done and he gets it done right. You can bet that if RT is sold, it is to the shareholders long and short term benefit. He has proven this in the past. Also, his stock options are now worth above 6 to 7 million. I don't think he will do something that is not in the best interest of his wallet and ours. RT is an underexploited business on an R&D basis. Someone else can exploit it, we will have cash and likely benefit to some degree from the aquiring companies R&D accomplishments. We shall know soon enough.
