Richard, they don't own a percentage yet. I think Jill was saying what would happen, assuming the deal went through.

If all goes as planned though, this will be huge IMO.

It doesn't. According to the PR, it is in discussions to acquire a percentage of ownership. This is just like the PR in the GoProfit agreement. With regards to GoProfit, a similiar PR came out. Then DDEQ acquired GoProfit. I am making a reasonable assumption.
