Where'd did the money go from stock sales? Hmmmmm. I think we all know the answer to that.

Proceeds From Issuance of Common Stock - $2,879,035
Employee Termination Cost - $1,447,550

Looks like someone got 1/2 of the proceeds to take the fall ;)
