Let's see: a P/E of 40 would put it at about 41. A good valuation for a well-run and rapidly growing company.

Of course, should earnings decline to $0.50, that would imply a price of 20.

Not that I'm arguing for its current high valuation, but this is merely a single data point. Bear in mind that SCH's business is (a) more than online trading, with capital markets and pension fund management as other key business segments, and (b) it was still 78% y-o-y. That's not bad at all.
