Get out while the getting is good. The reverse split of 1 for 10 is gonna kill this stock. How will it ever hold at $8.75 without significant earnings? My bet is that it won't, and will lose a substantial portion of its value real fast. I've witnessed several reverse splits, and they've all been "ugly" for shareholders. I may consider getting back in when the dust settles....

Good luck.

I believe the technology will succeed but with this management and idanta on the board it is doubtful the common shareholder will share in it as the timing and motivation behind this reverse split is very suspect.

Note how quickly they want to split and timing with product announcement-cannot accept this is in best interests of shareholders but is designed to allow vc participation and is called diluting the small shareholders out .It may also be designed to allow actel to merge with smaller amount of shares outstanding which may be pre-planned all along between the two or some vc debenture game either way it is not in shareholder interests.Shareholder interest would be in getting stock to 5 or above and then splitting and not redeeming idanta shares because they paid to much.

I am pleased the product is ready but the timing and reverse split leave a concern unresolved.
