copied from another thread: Other than that, I cant think of a single net stock except AOL that i'd pay more than 10 dollars for. Come to silicon valley. Hang out with the people who work here. Listen to them laugh as they cash in their options. Ask them if they ever expect the companies they work for to make a profit. This guy says he made a few million shorting internets (and buying Puts). This does throw a scare into me. What is the downside on these stocks if the price of the shares fall and they can't raise operating cash with secondary issues? Has anyone given this any thought?
