Some interesting comments regarding today's shareholder meeting by TSeltzer on the Yahoo board. Apparently Rushware is doing very well.

I voted against the THQI options, and agree with you hoping the vote will send a "message" to management. Surely it will pass anyway, but more and more (especially seeing options repriced so much) I am voting against these things because companies seem to lose focus on share-holder value. That looks to be the case here to me. A counter argument to the retention issue vis-a-vis options is, as you stated, to either extend the period before they can be excersized or some sort of minimun price at which they can be sold (not sure of mechanics here), or to actually pay employees more (use cash!) so as not to dilute investors interest. Thank you for a good elucidation of your position. Regards, tim
