TA, Here's a little info. I use Candlesticks, open, close, troughs and peaks. Anecdotal evidence of viewing thousands of charts brought me to the conclusion that's what works the best for trendlines and straight line support.

There are so many nuances and variables. TA will kill you if used incorrectly 'cause you can always find something in a chart that looks okay.

Actually I hesitate to encourage it's use unless someone is willing to put in the full effort...i.e., charting software, scans etc...

You can also close in on an area within the last year...use the in/out and the scroll.
