Told you about DHMG, now check TEMD...got this from Hidden Gems

Ticker: TEMD

Telmed, Inc. is currently a shell with 620k outstanding shares and a 500k float with a rumor of a reverse merger in the works. This is much like GCDV, which announced a reverse merger Friday, and is up nearly 1000% since. The merging company is rumored to be a small South Florida private ISP looking to go public without the initial cost and hassle of big board listing.

We feel this is a true Hidden Gem, as it is the perfect shell to reverse merge into with the small number of shares outstanding. The trading has been very quiet, and there has not been a sell in over a month. Hidden Gems sees a near term price of $1-$1.50 with $2-$3 minimum once the merger is complete.
