Yesterday was Tue June 15, and their website says that some sort of thing was to be posted with the financial statements, but it hasn't appeared there. Anyway, I'm still wondering how a company with what appears to be a few thousand dollars of net tangible assets and no employees and no identifiable officers or directors can acquire an online brokerage, and an internet company, and a bank, build a hotel, and maybe buy a Las Vegas casino, too. Heck, if they can do all that, why don't I put out a web page that says that I'm planning to acquire a major oil company, the Mayo clinic, and a leading automobile manufacturer. If I had 53 M shares outstanding, would people buy them for a buck fifty?
