If the stock does not get to the level needed to make the acquisition, it just doesn't happen. It won't effect the day to day operations of the waterpark, the restaurants, Vision Quest or Nite Life. Life will go on.

My guess is soon we will have that minimum price.

ps: Do we have a fake poster trying to use a name close to wallstreetr trying to deceive us?? Did nospace pawn his TV to get a second SI account? Have a good trip walltreetr, where are you going?

Hey Wallstreeter,
Let me know how you like day trading after you have had a chance to do a few trades. I don't think that I would be quick enough. I also think that I would get in before the bottom and have to wait for the stock to recover, which would stop my day trading.
