The ad specifically listed savage 4 in the list of features. My girlfriend noticed it and showed it to me. I would have expected a press release before they hit the shelves. They had a press release regarding compaq while back but as i recall it didn't say that compaq was shipping machines with savage. I also noticed at micro center power spec is listing 8 meg savage in a couple of their machines. I assume this is old savage inventory and not savage 4. I could be wrong though. North American sales... what a concept. :) I noticed the price/volume today also. Don't know what to think about it other than i like it and hope it continues. S3 has been a hard lesson in patience. I'm holding out for another 6 months or so before i reconsider how long to stay in. I guess i better try to get some work done.
