I'm not sure that is true. I use DLJ and I couldn't get CYSI. I tried several times over the recent past.

For the most part true, but according to Steve Goldman, Yamner will search for you if Pershing doesn't have it.

In this particular case, DLJ has no shares. :-( Thus, it is likely that Yamner went the extra mile for you.
