Dear Bruce: No one will ever convince me that TAVA is not currently worth far more than $8 a share. BUT, believing it and PROOFING it are two different things. I am awaiting legal instructions and will do as they advise. JDN PS: However, not matter how this turns out I will be voting NO to this merger and hope others will join me in this. The proof to me is that I believe Real is financing 7/8'S of this acquisition. You think anyone could get that kind of financing if the deal stunk??
