I read where Trans Hex has lent Benguela 1.8MM US$. Part of the deal is that Bebguela's Diamond Fields stock was pledged (3,880,000 shares or 7%). Trans Hex tried to buy Ocean Diamond Mining last month, but Namibian Minerals came in and bought 33% of ODM and blocked the deal. Now you have Trans Hex looking like it will have 7% of Diamond Fields in the next 45 days!!! that coupled with the DeBeers boat going into phase 2 this week could be a sign!!!. I think we will see $2 before these next 45 days are up, If phase 2 confirms what I think, one would have to put the same valuation on DFI as the have on Namibian, which ought to move the stock higher. (although the interest seams to have vanished recently).

Best of luck

John
