I have no idea on what basis the momo funds bought the stock up to 150 anyway, so I can't say why they're selling. However, as a long term investor, the 28% drop month to month doesn't indicate a massive collapse in Schwab's business model. It's just noise -- like the day to day gyrations of the market itself.

I guess it's the difference between a short term and a long term point of view.
