Bankrupcy proceedings, documents and news are being covered very dilligently by 4 posters on the Raging Bull thread ( www.ragingbull.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=FPFX ). ! Judge and creditors seem to have agreed to fpfx's plan last week. final hearing first week of April. Go to RB and read analyst_999_2, judgesjc, Geodavis, and D-77. Judgesjc will fax you the reports and plan if requested. analyst has started a shareholders group. Institutional buying has been filed with the SEC in the last week!! Everything could be done soon and this thing will Fly! Dave
