KAA, here's one to throw at Bob Back. Is he actively looking for IPO candidates?

biz.yahoo.com

CitX will focus on securing capitalization through private placements, and advancing the potential IPO of its recently formed subsidiary, IntraMedX Corporation.

Might be worth a phone call...

KA.....just another sad (happy) story to relate.....I was one of the original investors in CVIA and have closely followed your business moves and the results you've accomplished. Because my investment money was tight at the time, I was unable to help with some of the financial requests you called for, nor was I able to exercise the warrants in the timely manner.....but having some extra $$ today, I purchased 1000 more shares while grinning to myself that I paid $1.50 per share more today than I would have prior to the expiration of the warrants.....such is life and I suspect we've all been in that position before! I relate this story only to tell other potential investors that what you and your team are doing is solid, has recovered the dollars lost by the prior management, and, I believe will grow and prosper our investment well into the future. Best Regards, Bob Musick (remman)
