Just amateur management more concerned with the nerdy technical aspects of their business and everything else takes a back seat. There may be significant competitive "problems" out there that no one sees or cares to comment on. Or ACTV is just getting hit with the rest of the Net. Hey world - ACTV is a software company with intellectual property. JMHO.

Could not agree more with your comments Atheist. I always felt that ACTV failed to understand the value of PR and positive spin. They write it off as "hype" and claim it has no lasting value. Perhaps, but a "story stock" (like this one currently is) needs this to get to the next level when sales, earnings and the growth thereof will carry the stock price.

I hope all shareholders will make their feelings known to management.
