A few months ago I thought Paul Allen would beat Time Warner to the
punch on cable VOD. However, especially in the last few weeks, it
has become obvious that the cable industry is going to allow Time
Warner to fire the first shot.

We are just waiting now for the starter pistol to be fired and then
look out, many other MSO's will be jumping aboard.

Goodboy, one thing that has not been mentioned much in the VOD
discussion is the significant service revenues that will be associated with VOD. According to Dan Dunleavy, CCUR is counting on
service to be a significant part of the VOD picture and they have
been gearing up for that.
