Bill, did you cover the short? You imply you did by telling Eli you have his money, you have his money only if you covered the short (and bought the shares from him, of course <G>). I thought that with your statements about fraud, you would be staying for "the kill", that will not happen, if at all, until $6 is well breached. Zeev
