<<To think...after a week of solid gains (up over $3 over the past week), all of that plus more is wiped out in 1 day of panic.>>

There is lots of IRRATIONAL FEAR in the market today. The fundamentals for the best tech stocks and internet stocks have not changed since last week. Some of these wonderful fund managers are jumping into cyclicals (check out XON and IP) -- it always happens on these days. Yet, we will rebound. I have invested in NETP for the LONG TERM and I am ignoring the noise in the market and the volatility. In fact if NETP sells off much more, I may add to my holdings one more time !! Internet stocks go up MUCH faster than normal tech stocks. Yet, they also can come back down to earth quickly (look at AOL, AMZN, and DCLK in the last few weeks). I still believe in Net Perceptions and their ability to become a key player in this new digital economy. Eventually the market will value this stock much more appropriately. We may have a turbulent ride to get there though <GG>!!

Patience will pay off IMO.

Best Regards,

Scott

An Interesting Post from Another thread...

<<I think we can count on Morgan Stanley's Mary Meeker to come out to save us. For now, we need give her time to let her clients load up (on internet stocks). July and August will be good time for her to pump up internet stocks again. Why? YHOO, AOL, and many others are going to report strong earnings.>>

Best Regards,

Scott
