The easiest time to make money is when you buy at the bottom.
The market can snap back in a heartbeat. One word from Greenspan in order to calm the markets will do the trick. - By the way, didn't the market just do what Greenspan might have wanted to do for him?
With this mini-crash in nets, irrational exhuberance is finito.
