In the absence of news this stock remains vulnerable to shorts and MM shakeouts. I think 3D is right that the shorts would love to keep in on the BB. It's much easier to manipulate in that arena. Eventually -- as news comes in, followed later by earnings -- we'll be on more solid ground. I wonder if some of the institutional buying -- which was clearly going on before the drop from around 7 -- is holding off a bit until things become more stable.

The people who have been shorting this stock, are also
very aware of the NASDAQ deadline.

I don't think the stock is dropping entirely due to shorter's, there has been no concrete news in too long a time. Folks are electing to take profits when they hear nothing but rumor.....
