What do you propose to tell 'em, Rico? (Welcome back, by the way! Just in time for the feeding frenzy!) That we've always been dead right about AZNT? How will that help them?

Let me explain three things to you:

1. I never said anything about HITT that wasn't documentable fact.

2. I never accused HITT of being a scam, nor have I ever alleged that hit management are criminals, or are involved in criminal activity.

3. I've never traded the stock.

So what are they suing me for, eh? In my opinion we're talking harassment, we're talking witch hunt, we're talking about a company that wants to distract attention from its own very real problems. Problems exposed by Bloomberg, which is apparently NOT being sued.
