Jens...This reminds me alot of the O.J.Simpson trial. Criminally, the Juice was exonerated which was unbelievable. However, in the civil suit, O.J. WAS liable and paid dearly for his crimes. Most of us believe the same will happen here as well. As far as the company goes, why would you invest in what essentially is a private company run by a family that has shown no accountability whatsoever to the investing public, have lied continuously, and who have shown their capabilities, well, rather incapabilities to run a public company? What will change? In November, if Firamada is not current on filing with the SEC, they will be de-listed from the OTC. Have they paid any outstanding, delinquent debts yet or is that meter still running?
