Paying what is effectively 20 - 30 cents on the dollar for assets whose businesses are growing rapidly is probably a good idea.

I haven't bought anything yet but I am looking closely.

Or listen to the experts on CNBC and buy bonds yielding a whopping 6.11% and Alcoa. Buy energy stocks if you feel daring because their talking head thinks the world economy is doing OK.
