Another company (Cyberguard) tried to sue me after I uncovered their accounting fraud and posted details on the internet.

They lost. The stock is at 0. I made a fortune shorting it.

LOL! Of course, all threadster claims of "having done this, or having done that", have substantially more merit if you announce, at the time, you're purchase/shortie action. All claims at a later time, etc., can only be looked at askance.

With regards to VLNC, OBV still holding up well, although down a tad. Bollingers combined with RSI(Relative Strength Indicators) communicate an oversold condition. This is just about the same characteristics of the last SIX times VLNC's been down in this range.

So need I say I see nothing special about Mr. Bill's attempt at seerdom. If he's been around the past 6 months and maintained his shorts accordingly.....well, he ain't done any better than the longs who've held during the same period. As for those who've played the bouncy bouncy......let's just say the beer's on us! ;-)
