With regard to the Internet stocks....

From the May 28, 1999 issue of Chartcraft's Investor's Intelligence:

"In the last 3 weeks, we've seen a whole bunch of Internet stocks give RS sell signals. For instance, AOL's RS turned bearish 2 weeks ago with the stock at $128. It was on a buy from 9/98 at $30. Amazon.com sell was at $142. It was on a buy from 1/98 at $48. Other RS sells were CMG, Excite, Netbank, and Earthlink. Dell Computer also had an RS Sell at $35. Buy was from 8/96 with the stock at $3."
