Oh, I'd hate to think that I could get sued just for contributing an opinion here made fully in good faith. One could argue 'Freedom of Speech', etc., all night long. On the other hand, I have been long in a stock targeted by Mr. Pink and seen it tank 50% for apparently no real reason beyond a vicious and persistent attack on the company that was full of arrogance, malice, and LIES. And for what purpose? Just so shorts could make a killing? There was more than one day when I wanted to cut off Pink's cyberbells. So is this libel suit a good thing? I don't know. I'm genuinely conflicted.
