I have no reason to lie about this. It's absolutely true. I was short a total of 36,000 shares at prices ranging from 8 to 17. Cyberguard was a spectacular fraud. Unlike Valence though, they actually had a product to sell. The only problem was the fraudulent way they were booking revenues.
