AOL and other internets look to have just about bottomed.

FWIW, I disagree. Selected internets may be bottoming. Those with great growth prospects, INKT is an example, haven't sold off as much as others. Many others may not drop too much more, but I wouldn't buy AOL at almost any price. It has a PE of 200, has an enormous market cap, and growth prospects that aren't 1/4 of that. Their growth is going to slow tremendously as people move to cable modems and other forms of direct access.

Again, FWIW,

Jay

With today's action I am wondering out loud should I get out.The Market Makers certainly are selling bigtime.I looked at PreMarket Interest Messages for the Technology sector as a whole and it told quite a different story than IDT this AM.
Prior to the open there were 750k shares broker dealers offered for sale of tech stocks of this only 250k were Super Messages to sell firm prices and size.At the same time there were 1.25 million shares of tech stocks with buy interest and of this 260K shares were firm price and size.
IDT at 9:20am had sell interest for 210,000 shares of this 75,000 were firm price and size messages. The exact opposite of the pre opening of the tech sector as a whole.
For the remainder of the day Broker Dealers interest messages occured ten times for a minimum of 25,000 shares each time, all but two were on the sell side.I don't know what this portends long term but it sure seems ominous near term. IMHO
ANY COMMENTS?
