Although I have no way of knowing for certain, I would doubt that "institutions" as we normally refer to mutual funds or such are buying the stock. It is far too low a price and volatile for their likes.

But I do believe that certain brokerages probably have taken up a defacto watch on the company and its stock and have directed their deep pocketed clients to it (non-solicited of course..:0).

Hopefully, this recent silence is due to their being too busy to pay attention to us shareholders.

Then again, maybe this will be a wake-up call.

Final possibility... it was a mmkr shake-out in anticipation of emminent news.

I'm hoping that it was the last option.

I hope you're right that the share price has a"pretty good "Fire Wall" at $4.25." Low today was 3 7/8 and it pushed up to 4.5 from there, only to decline to 4.03 on a late trade that shows up on Bert's post, finally closing at 4.28 in the very latest trade. I'd feel much better if we saw the buying pressure that was evident every day when we pushed up to 7. I'm guessing only news will bring that back.
