Depends on how you define "rumor." Highly likely is more like it.

The only other way to accomplish 78% ownership for management is to issue lots of shares to Mahoney and Beagleman as Mahoney only holds 8,000,000 right now as far as I can tell. Without the RS we would end up with as many as 170 mil shares outstanding with 78% of the shares held by management.

It's "on the table"

I'm just as ready to put this to rest as everyone else :)

John

Joe,

I thought it was a rumor at first, but then alsmom posted a msg that got me wondering. One person doesn't make my decision, but she was replied to by many (it appears) whose posts in the past have seemed rational and void of any counter-intentions. So, again, it peaked my interest. If it's only a rumor, it seems like one the company wanted out there......if I'm to believe it came from Joes "burning bush" Beagelman. I don't see it as a good sign at all that the RS would be so drastic as some have eloquently outlined how it would fall in place numbers wise.

Frankly, I don't profess to know what's rumor or not as these boards have many nebulous posts. Perhaps someone can send me Joel's email address.......tried calling him today but couldn't get through. 11 employees working there butts off (one would think) left 'lil ol' me very little hope of getting any quality phone time with someone "in the know".

I would love to hear your take on all this Joe. I've enjoyed your posts in the past but it seems you're lately sitting and watching. I'm glad you take time off for yourself as I'd be hesitant to take alot of advice from someone who lives/eats/breathes this legalized gambling. I like to work off the adage that "production is the basis of morale (happiness)", and although investing in pennies or other short-term strategies may make a wise fellow some nice dough, there is no production going on whatsoever.......so I take this very lightly.

Again, let me (and us) know what you think as I see you continue to buy on these dips.

Joe,

I have a message in for Joel Beagleman to give me a call. I will let you know what he says. I think everyone still needs to take into account the volatility of the stock market as a whole besides individual stats. Alot of stocks have been beaten up recently and it isn't because the company itself is bad. This company is a good company with a good story. They are doing business with ADP and Nortel. There were rumors flying around about EDIG before they took off. Bashers are nothing new.

Joe, those last couple of sentences were written for other people, because I know that you know about bashers.
