Now Mr. Mark...

Every internet stock on the ledger is getting killed...isn't it a bit unfair to point at Cramer and say "tsk tsk at TSCM"???

You could look at the flip side and say "wow, he came public at exactly the right time." Had he filed a month later, he would've never gotten the deal priced. Hypothetical situation: you are taking a company public...do you want to take it public at the height of sector lunacy, or do you want to bag you initial investors and take it public at the trough? Cramer cannot win with you guys; you bash him because his stock soars and then fizzles...yet if he delayed the deal by a month and it didn't get priced, you would be laughing at him for not being able to get the deal done.

Regards,

Gary
