Bruce, I am going through the same thing with a company by the
name of Interlinq (INLQ). Hambrech and Quist talked them into a
"structured refinancing" and a complicated buyout. Shareholders stuck
together and they withdrew their offer (theft!!).
The stock backed off about 1/2 pt. while H&Q holders gave back their position. I would expect the same would occur to TAVA. In both
cases, I expect mgmt to do their best to produce increasing profits
as only such action would benefit their pockets and egos.
Sometimes you have to stand up and be counted. I believe this
is one of those times.

I was lied to also....and I think the only way to teach Jenkins a lesson is to fight back. Your telling JDN he is doing the wrong thing is rediculous. He is fighting for his beliefs ( and mine too). That's what our country is all about.
