Well, it wasn't a bad deal... Wellux acquired assets of approximately $500 thousand USD (including current inventory) for 500,000 shares of restricted stock and it generates a profit of almost 7%. It's not earth shattering but it represents a stable "brick and mortar" business.

I did talk with Jerry yesterday with Lodders. He seemed to be suprised that the stock hadn't hit 2 bucks and didn't know who was selling. Give him credit for trying. I think they are starting to understand the value of PR's. Maybe another lesson will be learned here? We need to get a better idea who VJMA Roosen is? Any connections to our current cast? Dan
