Doug, mea culpa, I had etched in memory WW shipments of 30 MM in what the manufacturers themselves felt was a stagnant market (that was few years back, I did some consulting for Zenith, when they were still in the business), thus my error in calling the 50 MM units "inflated", with more recent numbers in the US at 22 MM annual shipments, worldwide demand for TV's consoles in general in the 50 MM could be "rational", how many will be HDTV in the next five years, that is a big question that the broadcasters themselves would like to know the answer to (and one reason they are so slow in adopting the new standard). As you said, the world is not standing still, just my memory (g). Zeev
