My sentiments exactly....I can see a newbie investor getting caught in that web and I don't mean the internet either....COB takes them 4 weeks and that puts it at July 1, 1999.That is where Kei Lu os getting his 16 days...That must be the start of the organized pump I suspect...Maybe he is trying to get it above the .16 before then.....LOL

Ed, What you describe, is that no par for the course on VSE stocks ?

1)Pump the paper out
2)promote
3)stock takes a run
4)insiders dump
5)news dies
6)stock dies
7)roll it back
8)Repeat steps 1 through 7
