Wow.. the thread has certainly died down... gone are the days when people were "YOOHOOING!!! $20...$30..." on the stock. I was just on COFFEY computer's homepage... apparently they merged with a company called VCN.. which will also be offering wireless internet access... is USRF really out the door now? Does anyone have any info on VCN, are they a competitor to USRF?

Anyone hear anything with our mysteriously un-named company doing field testing? I guess by not naming the other company, USRF is less liable/obligated to give out information on the test results or progress of activities with the other company. They would also be less likely to taint the reputation of the other company they are working with. I hope these aren't the real reasons they didn't name the company, but looking at the stock price... it certainly looks that way. Oh well...if things don't work out they can always sweep it under the rug by putting a small sentence or two in one of their 10QSBs which will be months away when everyone has forgotten they put the news release out or are pinning their hopes on a more recent news release.

What about E-Tail? Anyone heard anything on this one also? The date given was May I believe.

USRF hires Investor Relations firm!!!

Can someone please post to Raging Bull to let that thread know. Once the IR firm kicks in, it could get interesting. Guess we will find out soon which firm we went with.

Did anyone catch this little gem in the 10QSB within the subsequent events note??? They certainly are not coming cheap and they want it above $4.00.

"In June 1999, the Company entered into an Investor
Relations Agreement with a consultant to the Company.
Under its agreement with the consultant, the Company has
issued 500,000 shares of common stock, which shares were
valued at $4.00 per share, or $2,000,000 in the
aggregate. The term of the agreement is five years.
The $2,000,000 in compensation is to amortized over the
entire term of the agreement. "
