MPTV was giving shares to individuals who were loaning money to the
company. This may be the case. I don't know if the shares were
common or restricted and none of us can find out because MPTV in not
a reporting company.

Remember that their attorneys have put up the 1,000,000 dollars
required by the courts and it is very possible that MPTV has given
them shares in return (and have been paying them in shares).

The other possibility is that MPTV is dumping shares on the market in
order to get the last bit of the 7+million dollars needed to close
the deal and obtain title.

One last possibility: the loan is a bust and MPTV is unloading as
many shares as possible before they are worthless.
