[Technical problem] Is the Electronic communicator the best way to communicate regarding technical problems? I have an Island book and a chart linked to the stock box (Demo mode) and when I enter a symbole in the stock box (INTC for example), the Island and chart try and update with "INTC\|" and finds no info. Also, I get "Error sending message...." any time I try and execute an order. Any help appreciated. I entered an electronic message, but have not gotten response. How long does that usually take?? MB
