I still think it sucks. Company may have gotten cash and has in fact money that is not drawing interest and requires payment. BUT, we the shareholders get screwed because it dilutes our value per share. We bought based upon a specific float and the anticipated increases we would see in our stock from the news of loan closing and the completion of this and other projects. When outstanding shares is increased by 250M shares, or 1/3 more, we lose 1/3 of our investment. It is the long term investor that they have effected by this. Short term investors, though effected also, still will sell on runs and "false" highs.

Having said this, it will still be alright. Fortunately, this is a company that is currently worth much more than .03 just from the property as it is now without any improvements or units sold. Its future, even with the increase in shares, could still surpass a dollar very soon.

But it still sucks.
