As far as I can tell they never sued anyone for telling the truth. From following this issue lately & back reading the archives It looks like Arnie is only telling it like it is. However this stock is cheap, that's what attracted me here to it, besides some posts on Yahoo from a guy named Copperhead or something. Marvy

Dennis, that's an interesting article. However, I wouldn't want to be tmmi's lawyer in a lawsuit against shark or anyone else because the issue of TS's posts on SI would be front and center for the defense. HITT is apparently a reporting company with revenues and earnings while we don't even know if tmmi is currently in business. Without financials or official press releases from tmmi to show otherwise, for all we know the company ceased business when they closed their offices. Arnie
